Very Helpful! We took my 2012 Hyundai Accent in to have its 60,000 mile work done along with some other recommended fixes. After having it they realized we needed m We took my 2012 Hyundai Accent in to have its 60,000 mile work done along with some other recommended fixes. After having it they realized we needed more parts and were always keeping us informed about every process to getting the problem fixed. Even though we had to keep my car there longer, they made it such a painless ordeal that it wasn't a problem. Rich did a fantastic job keeping us informed and Jim W (whats shown on paperwork, never saw this person) did a great job getting everything fixed. My car runs so smoothly it's like a brand new vehicle. I would recommend their service to anyone who asked. More
Terrible Service I went in to get a few recalls taken care of. I was told the shuttle service would be done at 4:30, I said 4 would be great. They called and left a me I went in to get a few recalls taken care of. I was told the shuttle service would be done at 4:30, I said 4 would be great. They called and left a message saying it ended at 4 and would no longer be able to pick me up. I thankfully found a ride to pick up my car, I was told it was finished and washed out front, I got to my car and it was way dirtier than before I dropped it off. I got inside and a warning light was on. It wasn’t on when I dropped off my car. So I pulled my car back up and let them know. They blatantly denied it at first. Then they blamed it on me and said it was like that when I dropped it off. I know for a fact it wasn’t. They said they can fix it for a cost and were very rude about the situation. I denied the service because I was about to pay for something they clearly messed up. It was the worst service I have ever received there. The women at the desks in the service center are very rude including the main mechanic man. I will not be going back and I will not tell any of my friends to go there. More
Very expensive but fixed at least part of the problem. My representative Rich was very attentive and helped me through the process. He made scheduling easy and was so kind to me. I also was interested in buying a new car and getting a new car every three years, but left thinking I’ll go buy a Cadillac or Lexus because of the business managers attitude toward me. He refused to give me an adequate discount, or be realistic about negotiating . I am a Native American and hope that was not the reason for his insouciance. More
