March 29, 2019 Compact SUV I gave this a 4 Star instead of a 5 mainly because I felt slightly pressured into buying my 2018 KIA Sportage. I had told Troy over the phone that I I gave this a 4 Star instead of a 5 mainly because I felt slightly pressured into buying my 2018 KIA Sportage. I had told Troy over the phone that I was just looking and he said that was OK, he had a Nissan Kick SR he wanted me to try and I did want to test drive one. I ended up test driving 2 SUV's and actually liked both of them. The main selling point for me on the KIA was that it is an AWD and the Nissan was FWD. Camille understood that I had sentimental feelings towards my old Toyota since my mother bought it in 2001. We traded off our 2 cars and she paid cash $13,000 at the time. It was the last car she bought. So Thanks to Camille for your understanding. Also Thanks to Troy for letting me take it home to see if it would fit in my garage. Nissan/Hyundai had wonderful reviews over the Internet and most were about the low pressure sales. I was looking for a subcompact SUV and ended up with a compact, but that is OK. The KIA Sportage rides nicely and I have not had a chance to take it out on the Interstate yet, but it does great in town. I have had many complements so far and everyone is happy for me. I have only heard good things about the Sportage. I read that mostly teenagers drive this type of vehicle so I guess I will be a 60 year old teenager! So much for feeling old. ;) Thank you to Mr Sapp for getting me through the paying process. It was a major decision for me to make this purchase, but with his encouragement it was painless. I will see you all when I come in for my free oil changes and the tire rotation. Warranty is still good for a certain period of time so that is great! My bank account maybe smaller, but I feel like a Million riding in my new Red KIA Sportage. More

I am used to working with physicians-enough said-so I am a demanding customer and personality. I have elevated expectations and zero tolerance for the "sales dance at ANY dealership. They made it about me, my goals and more importantly-my process and not the typical back and forth. I asked for fairness and trusted them to deliver-and they did! I highly recommend them!!! More
