I was a Saturday tow-in Two days ago I hit a pothole acceleratng down an on ramp to the 210 resulting in a gash in my left front tire. At the nearest gas station, air hissed out as I tried to inflate it and I got a tow to BMW of Monrovia. It was a busy Saturday, however I was helped right away by courteous, professional staff. Special thanks to my service advisor Tim Cheng. The paperwork and process of replacing the tire were completed seamlessly and efficiently. When the car I wanted was not on their lot, he searched all dealerships in Southern California. He eventually ordered the car for me to make sure I was satisfied. He also kept me informed on the process and arrival which took about 4 weeks. Joe was very fair and upfront with pricing. I received my 2019 X5 last week and love it.
