Abby is AMAZING!!! I came in here after searching for a good car for about a year. I was looking for a 3 series BMW. I’ve had so many experiences with salesmen and Abby I came in here after searching for a good car for about a year. I was looking for a 3 series BMW. I’ve had so many experiences with salesmen and Abby was by far the sweetest person; always smiling and such a delight to work with. She answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Abby is very professional, yet down to earth and personable. Honest and fair. I have been using this dealer since I purchased my X1 used, They have always been fair, and honest. 4000 out of warranty the valve cover needed to be I have been using this dealer since I purchased my X1 used, They have always been fair, and honest. 4000 out of warranty the valve cover needed to be replaced and I was appalled at the price. The service manager was able to work with me to bring the cost down to what I could easily afford. More recently, I received a notice about extending, the finance representative informed me of the price, but then said it really wasn't worth purchasing because it would only be good for 7 months. I thanked him for his honesty! He DID try to sell me a new BMW! LOL But I'm super happy with my 2014 X1, and not quite done enjoying it's speed, versatility, and gas mileage yet! More

My service advisor Mrs. Marie Fakas took care of my service needs from all asp In business people can make the difference between success and failure. My service advisor Mrs. Marie Fakas took care of my service needs from all aspects in a professional , attentive and promptly manner. After setting up my service appointment Mrs. Fakas had a loaner car for me waiting and informed me accurately of the issues with my car and had my car ready when it was promised, but most important she sent me text messages keeping me informed throughout the he time that my car was at the dealer for repairs. The personal attention that Mrs. Fakas gave me during the car being at the dealer for service and at the time that I picked up my car was very professional and very personal, It made me feel very good and she gained my trust.
