My service advisor Matt Clark greeted me in the morning went through the checklist with me and had a ride waiting for me as we finished. I was out the door in 20 minutes. That afternoon Matt called to notify me that my car was done and I could come by to pick it up. When I arrived I learned that everything was covered under warranty (service and a ripped seal). Matt was fantastic but everyone from the driver that took me home to the cashier was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend BMW of Monrovia and their whole team. More

Warranty for Rotors and Brake pads were DENIED! My claim for an extended warranty on my front rotors and brake pads were denied. My 2014 X1 with 41,700 miles shakes when I step on the brakes at 60 My claim for an extended warranty on my front rotors and brake pads were denied. My 2014 X1 with 41,700 miles shakes when I step on the brakes at 60 mph. Service personnel Mr. Ryan Thay blamed it on my driving habits. That for me is an escape clause! I have a 2014 Subaru wagon with the same mileage and I never had this problem. The same goes for my older Honda SUV. So does it mean that Subaru and Honda have better OEM rotor and brake supplier than BMW? I paid $2,595.00 for the BMW Maintenance Upgrade Agreement when I bought the the car pre-owned in Sep. 2016. It had 24,968 miles then. I remembered the Finance Manager was trying to sell me 4 different warranty programs and even shared several "horror" stories of BMW owners who declined buying any warranties and ended up paying for the expensive repairs. He never let us go for 30 minutes of continues persuasion, until I told him if he was also selling Girl Scout cookies! My wife forced me to buy the regular warranty so we can just go home. This would also prevent me from "babying" the car and just keep it in the garage. My wife wants to enjoy the ride of ultimate driving machine. It was also 8:30 in the evening. More
