Vehicle Title I had worst experience with this dealer and very poor customer service. They treat me super nicely when I try to buy a car, but after I purchased a car, forget it! Last year August, 2018, I purchased used 2017 Honda Accord through this dealer. I had a trade my old car and the balance amount that I paid off. Bod-Robert Richardson who was the financial manager and helped me the paper work for sign the purchase contract and he said I should receive a title less than 3 months. But, after 3 months, did not receive a title. Then I tried to contact Robert many times, left a voice message few times, but he never returned my call. so I sent him email twice then he finally replied my email states that used car takes more than 4 months to get a title from DMV and I need to wait. When I receive an email from him, I can felt that he was very negligent and careless about me.so, I tried to contact the sales manager, left message 3 times, but no one returned my call. So, I finally stop by at the dealer to find out status of car title, then Leon Levy who helped me for the status of vehicle title. He was very nice and he totally understood my frustration. Then, he found out that Wells Fargo Bank had title not DMV. So, they promised me send me a title by mail and I waited another 2 weeks, then I got a letter from Wells Fargo Bank., when I opened a letter there was no pink slip and letter states that can’t print the title due to cost of printing and it says that I will need to contact DMV to request a title. This is totally b..s..,Now, it has been 6 months and still don’t have title yet. I’m going to report the dept of consumer affairs los angeles for complain. More

Matt Clark was my service adviser and I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone so honest. I went to another "convenient for me" BMW dealership before, and boy, did I get ripped off :(. Matt was sooo kind, helpful and honest and did not try to persuade me into anything, he just stated the facts. Even though Monrovia is quite a trek for me... I will never go anywhere else!! Also, I have to say that Bruce Harris is awesome as well!! We've been buying our cars from him for years!!! He is one of the most honest, kind and caring people I've met. He goes the extra mile to make sure you have a fabulous experience when purchasing your car, no last minute surprises and he even delivered my car to my home.. wow, what service!! Love this place!!! More
