Great Experience Overall I had a great experience purchasing my dream car at this location. Ibrahim Kamar and Rafi Stepanian made it happen. They were reasonable, patient, friendly and extremely understanding of all my needs and concerns. It was a very pleasureable experience overall. I would also like to thank Manni Viana who is the Service Manager. If you want something done, talk to this guy. More
Horrible Service I intentionally scheduled my appointment for 7am because (1) I wanted to be sure I could be on time to work at 8am after leaving the dealership and (2 I intentionally scheduled my appointment for 7am because (1) I wanted to be sure I could be on time to work at 8am after leaving the dealership and (2) it was the next available appointment that they had. I showed up at 6:55am, before the gates were even open. At 7am, they open the gates to let us in. A young guy came to my car, took my name and told me to wait in the lobby and my service advisor, Jaime "would be right with me." At 7:15am, when no one came to get me, I got up, went back outside and asked the young guy, "Is Jaime even here?" Reluctantly he said, "Actually, he's not." Great. I've been waiting for 15 minutes on someone who hasn't even shown up to work yet. Just as I was telling the guy that someone else was going to need to help me ASAP (because I wasn't going to keep waiting for Jaime), he spots Jaime casually strolling across the garage area. He walks over to talk to Jaime, then comes back over to me with a form that people sign when they want to drop their car off overnight, after hours. I'm obviously annoyed at this point because now I didn't get a chance to sit down and talk with someone about the service that my car would be receiving, I didn't get to walk around my car with an advisor to inspect it for damages, scratches, etc., and now I'm going to be late for work. I go back inside to pick up a loaner car. I don't know the name of the girl that "helped" me, but after I gave her my name, she asked me if I had seen my service advisor. I said no. She barks back, "you have to see you service advisor." I said, "NO, I've already signed the form as if I've be leaving my car overnight." She said, "Oh." We then went around the loaner car, inspected it for damage and she gave me some papers to sign and initial. She had another customer waiting, so she was annoyed when I actually took the time to read the terms and conditions before initialing every line. Every time I started to read she would rush me by trying to summarize what everything says. No, she wasn't "just trying to be helpful." She was genuinely irritated. I finally leave and get to work about 10 minutes late (Thanks, Jaime). After work, I went to pick up my car. I go to the cashier's desk and she tells me to have a seat, "someone will bring my car around." Again, I'm waiting for about 15 minutes. (I should also note: it was not busy AT ALL. There were only two other customers in the entire lobby when I got there.) I happened to look outside and I noticed my car parked off to the side, so I go out there and here comes Jaime with my keys. Like, were you not going to come and let me know my car was ready? How long would I have waited if I hadn't gotten up and walked outside? This place is a joke. I wasn't expecting a Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach experience, but I expected MUCH more than what I got. I've received better customer service at McDonald's. More
IT WAS NICE GOT MY CAR MINIMAL HASSLE IT WAS GREAT IT WAS NICE WENT IN ,KNEW WHAT CAR I WANTED TO TEST DRIVE ABIGAIL HELPED ME WITH THAT MADE SURE I WASN'T SOME CRAZY GUY OFF THE STREET (CHECKED MY DI IT WAS NICE WENT IN ,KNEW WHAT CAR I WANTED TO TEST DRIVE ABIGAIL HELPED ME WITH THAT MADE SURE I WASN'T SOME CRAZY GUY OFF THE STREET (CHECKED MY DI) TEST DRIVE WAS GREAT THEN GOT ALL MY PAPER WORK STARTED IT WAS QUICK AND EASY THEN IT WAS JUST TO SEE SIT WITH THE GUY WITH THE NICE RINGS HELPED ME QUICK AS WELL DID MY SIGNATURES AND I WAS OFF IN MY KNEW CAR THANK GUYS LOVE IT :] More

Best car buying experience!!! Philip was a great salesman. Friendly, patient and helpful. Overall from beginning to finish, perfect experience. The team I worked with never made me feel uncomfortable. I hate car shopping because I feel like the car salesmen would hound you, but not here. Amazing Caroline Jonathan is amazing. She knows her stuff, took the time to explain to me what I needed to do and why. She went out of her way and far beyond Caroline Jonathan is amazing.
