Less than expected Although the purpose of my service visit was accomplished, I found my experience to very frustrating. Trying to call into the service department is l Although the purpose of my service visit was accomplished, I found my experience to very frustrating. Trying to call into the service department is like going through a maze and not being able to get out! You get caught up in transfer xxxx and never get a chance to talk to an acutual voice. Secondly, even though my care was ready, the day prior I didn't get a call that it was ready for pick up until a day later. Even though I told them the sense of urgency. My advisor Ryan, was very helpful, but when I received my final invoice, there was a charge for diagnostics, but no mention of what was discovered or recommended. Very disapointed! More
