I took my car in on a Saturday, which in general is an “appt” only day, however my car was in overheating mode and it couldn’t wait. From the time of arrival I was informed of everything that was happening, informed service agents swept up my car and only an hour later had a laundry list of my car needs.....all of which I knew were necessary. Ryan gave me a break down of everything and he also got me a needed loaner car to take me to work on a Sunday and by Monday 1pm I was back in my newly vamped and washed car. This place is AWESOME and a truly deserved 5 star rating. Believe me I have given it a one star in the past. OMG.....does a big corporation listen to their criticisms? judging by my last visit......xxxx yeh!! Thank you Ryan and Mini of Monrovia More

Wait time is ridiculous Overall service department clean and pleasant environment. Pick-up wait time was way over 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
