Excellent service Abigail greeted me with a big smile, I had my eyes on a specific car but wanted to compare the driving with other models. Abby was very graceful, very professional and assisted me with all my requests and questions.I ended up driving 3 cars. Because of her help, I also ended up buying a different model that I came for. All the way through, my experience with the transaction was the best I have ever had buying a car, by far! Her manager Ray was as helpful and agreeable as she was.The dream team! This was definitely a 5 stars experience, I would highly recommend Abby at Mini of Monrovia for a flawless experience. More

Worst car nightmare, turned into the best service experience I arrived to the service department with a big concern regarding the color of the coolant in my recently purchased (from a friend) 2009 Mini. The personnel at Monrovia BMW-Mini were not only friendly and professional in the already expected limits, but they showed me a level of true service and kindness that has now become my new standard. The Service Adviser (Jason) was very patient understanding all of the issues I had with my car and my concerns that at that point had turned into nightmares, Then the Service Engineer (Rudy) extended the most comprehensive and accurate technical hand into explaining what was exactly going on with my vehicle from the root cause of the problem, to all of the potential consequences and finally to what I should expect once the Monrovia BMW-Mini Service Team was done with it. The level of commitment with quality in their service is amazing (...I know Quality, I'm a Quality Engineer myself) and it goes beyond any other service dealership experience I ever had in the past. This team went above and beyond to fulfill their strong commitment with the quality of the vehicles they serve, the super-personal customer treatment and the accuracy in their technical automotive solutions. Unorganized Although I had a reservation it still took 45 minutes to check in and get my loan car. About 4 hours later I received call from the service dept. an Although I had a reservation it still took 45 minutes to check in and get my loan car. About 4 hours later I received call from the service dept. and was advised to come back because they couldn't do anything until they ordered a part which they would have on next Tuesday. I came back and was advised that my right front tires were worn and needed to be replaced. I wanted to leave but I agreed to have tires put on. The cheapest tires they had they were out of so i took the next cheapest tires $168.99 each. The total was just under $500 for 2 tires. They installed them and I left with the promise they would call me on next Tuesday when the part came in. Next Tuesday came and no phone call. i called them and they told me my rep. was not in that day. So I asked for his associate and got his answer machine. I later looked on line for the price of the tires that I bought and they were $129.99 as apposed to $168.00 from the dealer. I have had Mercedes and BMWs and their service departments was more efficient and professional. I'm still waiting for the phone call for my part. More

Great customer service Had a regular maintenance service at mini of Monrovia. Dehuan was very helpful and explained all the options clearly. My license plate was brushed off Had a regular maintenance service at mini of Monrovia. Dehuan was very helpful and explained all the options clearly. My license plate was brushed off inside the car wash facility and they were able to retrieve it for me the first thing the next morning after carwash opened. I would say this is a much much better experience than what I had from another mini dealer in LA area. More
