At least they are polite thieves I started taking my Mini to them 7 years ago to honor the 45,000 mile warranty. All their services cost at least 50% more than what you would pay at o I started taking my Mini to them 7 years ago to honor the 45,000 mile warranty. All their services cost at least 50% more than what you would pay at other BMW certified garages, and at least double or triple of a discount garage. Simple oil changes take 2 hours or more with an appointment. Because of this, I stopped going to them after the warranty expired. I recently decided to sell my Mini because it was having several strange mechanical problems. I took it to the dealership simply because I was in a hurry and they have a shuttle service. The drop off took over 2 hours because they had no shuttles. The list of repairs totaled $4,500 on a mini valued at $7000. The shuttle never came to pick me up. $27 UBER instead. I'll never return to this dealership and I will definitely never buy from BMW again. If you get a jump start from AAA, it burns out the crash safety computer. $1700. That's a stupid flaw. If another garage puts a new battery in your car, your windows and air bags will stop working. When the water pump (a $200 item on most cars) wears out, it costs you $750 on a Mini. Vacuum pump - usually $300 installed, costs $850 on a Mini. And the list goes on and on. But they do smile nicely at you while they take your money. More
