Recent Visit Cassandra was my service advisor. Our Mini is still under warranty and as part of the inspection, she noticed that I need a new tire. We went throug Cassandra was my service advisor. Excellent Sevice- ALWAYS Parkson is the service rep who has been helping me for the past year with all my Mini needs. He answers my calls right away, sets up appointments and Parkson is the service rep who has been helping me for the past year with all my Mini needs.
