Recent Visit Cassandra was my service advisor. Our Mini is still under warranty and as part of the inspection, she noticed that I need a new tire. We went throug Cassandra was my service advisor. Great service Jason at Monrovia Mini was my service rep. I had a rear hatch water leak and strut situation. He was on top of both repairs. Not Pleased I brought my car in last week for a check-up regarding a rattling noise I heard upon initial acceleration, however, as that concern was undetectable t I brought my car in last week for a check-up regarding a rattling noise I heard upon initial acceleration, however, as that concern was undetectable to the service department, I was instead informed of a different problem. It was reported to me that my car was leaking coolant as a result of a broken thermostat that was to manage the engine's internal temperatures. I consented for the repairs and was able to pick up my car a few days later. However, now I find my car to be visibly leaking fluid, and I am guessing that my car is experiencing the same problem that was should have been corrected. I am waiting to hear back from the service department regarding the issue. I know it is a business, however, I pay enough money for my car, not to be given the run around or false promises for the quality of servicing that should be provided upon initial consult. More
