First time service I took my pre-owned Mini Cooper in for an oil change. Aaron, my awesome service rep, found a couple of items that needed to be replaced (covered unde I took my pre-owned Mini Cooper in for an oil change. Aaron, my awesome service rep, found a couple of items that needed to be replaced (covered under warranty) and had to keep my car over the weekend. He put me into a rental and text me the following Monday when the car was ready. I was sure that I was going to get hit with additional charges, but very much to my surprise, there were no hidden fees, and my car was clean as a whistle. Recommend but with reservations I called about getting new tires. They only had two in stock but said they could get other two in 2 hours. I headed up there from West Covina and deci I called about getting new tires. They only had two in stock but said they could get other two in 2 hours. I headed up there from West Covina and decided to wait. Ended up waiting 5 hours for everything to get done including alignment. Just too long. Next time I’ll drop off car. But this is longest I’ve ever waited to get new tires put on a car. Service guy was very nice and trying to keep me updated with progress but only so much he can do I guess. More

The issue was outside of warranty and the part that needed to be replaced was not sold separately; it was part of a bigger unit. Jason spoke to the service manager and he approved to replace the defective part at no cost to me. I offered to pay something, but they comp'd it. This isn't the first time that they have exceeded my expectations. Great people who understand great customer service and the big picture. Highly recommended. More
