Car Service & Customer Service Issue I had no issues with my car service, only it was late. I did have a problem with receptionist who took my number when I asked to have Genius call me I had no issues with my car service, only it was late. I did have a problem with receptionist who took my number when I asked to have Genius call me to clarify an issue. it has been 3 day & no one has called me so far. Bothh receptionist need to take their work serious & implement customer service. I leased two cars & this is not the type of customer service i expected from BMW of Monrovia. More

Brought in for recall and left with air conditioner not work I had to take my BMW 128I 2008 in for a recall, I was asked to report to this dealership. Took it in decided to get an oil change and brake fluid rep I had to take my BMW 128I 2008 in for a recall, I was asked to report to this dealership. Took it in decided to get an oil change and brake fluid replacement which they recommended at over $300! But the thing that was the worst about this dealership is the customer service which when I came to pick up my car the air conditioner was not working and it was working when I brought it in! I didn’t leave I told them what the problem was and they have The nerve to blame it on me and ask that I pay to have it looked at etc. I was disgusted and will never go there again under no circumstance recall or not. They are unprofessional and don’t look out for their customers whatsoever be aware of this dealership it will cost you! More
