I had remembered that the staff was really nice when I was originally looking for my car, so I figured I'd give it a try. Nicole, who coordinates service, was friendly, fast and all around great. BEST MINI DEALER & SERVICE My lady just recently purchased a Mini and I took it in for service for the first time and this location was the closest to us from Pasadena. The moment I pulled up we were greeted as if it was valet at a high end hotel. The service guy Aaron helped us the entire couple days we had service done and he explained everything well enough for me to understand. BAD SERVICE THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT. WHEN YOU CAR HAVE SOME PROBLEM, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM, EVEN THE CAR WAS SOLD JUST SERVEL THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT. WHEN YOU CAR HAVE SOME PROBLEM, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM, EVEN THE CAR WAS SOLD JUST SERVEL DAYS AND THIS PROBLEM EXIST BEFORE THE CAR WAS SOLD. CHECK CLEARLY ABOUT THE CAR AND DON'T TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE. I bought my used Mini Cooper S Clubman at there in June. Before we bought it, the sales promised they have checked everything about the car and there was no problem. After we took it home. we found the left rear-wheel tire pressure was a little low than others. But we didn't notice that may have some problem. After 2 weeks, the tire pressure went down and the car displayed the signal and remind us have to fix it right away, we try to reach the sales guy, but he replied us a few days later, and the same time, we took the car to our cloest dealer and pump it up. However, 2 weeks later, the same happening again, we went bakc to the cloest dealer and found out it has a big nail on the side of tire, we have to spend almost $200 change to a new tire. And the same time, we called the sales guy and texted him, he did not reply.... Before we buying the car at that dealer, the sales guy text us a lot and respond our questinons right away, when we bought the car, he is disappear. Very bad bad experience with this dealer and the people who working there, do not believe they checked the used car for you, you'd better check it carefully. More

Great service Aaron kept me updated of the status of the vehicle at all times and made sure I had a shuttle to take me to work.
