Best dealership in California I drive up from San Clemente to Monrovia just to get the amazing service at BMW of Monrovia. I have not found another dealership in my area that has taken car of me and my car as well as they do, so the 70 mile drive is worth my effort. They don't ignore my concerns like the other dealerships have. Matt is my go to service advisor, but they are all wonderful! More

Three years later.. we came back again to lease a new one on my own! Tomas not only provides impeccable service but he also respects and treats you as family. My parents enjoyed him on the first visit and it is why we decided to continue to stick to BMW Monrovia. We've dealt with countless of dealers through the past from other BMW, Land Rover, Toyota, Honda and so on and so forth but no one treats us with great amount of respect unlike Tomas. He's always on the go, continually texts, updates you as well as does what he can on his part to make you happy and satisfied. He really does go above and beyond for his customers! As many know, kindness is always key to any kind of sales... and my family assures you, Tomas has it all! He is very passionate about what he does and unlike most people, he genuinely cares for his customers. To my parents and I, theres nothing more we can ask for!
