"Great experience" I needed my passenger side door actuator replaced, so I brought my BMW to get that problem taken care of. I was worried that the repair was going to c I needed my passenger side door actuator replaced, so I brought my BMW to get that problem taken care of. I was worried that the repair was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but Matt Clark in the service department informed me that my car was still covered under the factory warranty,,,I was relieved to hear the good news! Matt set me up with an appointment and a rental, the problem was taken care of in a very timely manner. My experience was very positive, I will definitely continue to bring my BMW for any future repairs. Thx Matt! More

Great repair service. Took my car in for the check engine light on. I was assigned to Greg Hernandez. He's very helpful and do not waste any time by starting the paperwork Took my car in for the check engine light on. I was assigned to Greg Hernandez. He's very helpful and do not waste any time by starting the paperwork so I could get my car repair and get out as soon as possible. During the waiting period, he came in and informed me of what the Mechanic finding and how long it will take to replace the part. The car was ready as promised, by the time they start to wash my car, Greg already prep up the paperwork and had me check out with the cashier. Thanks to Greg for outstanding work and being pro active so I could go back to work half day. More
