Rocky and Javier Escalante are the guys to buy from. Rocky was on his way out but made sure I was well taken care of before he left for the day while Javier was with another customer. Both Rocky and Javier were professional but personable and made the whole experience fantastic. Javier gave me a great rundown of the features on the car but was never pushy; he just let me do my thing while I was deciding. I'm couldn't be happier with the experience and my new Mini! More

When we got home, noticed a small dent on front hood and emailed Charles several times regarding the dent as well as some other general questions regarding the car, not a single response after 2 weeks. Emailed again, still no response. Was still in the market for an i3 so we went ahead and bought one from Ontario BMW. Much better service there (and better prices too). More

When I purchased my BMW 328i I was informed that all maintenance was included in the first 4 years or 50,000 miles. In fact, all the TV ads claim that you will save a lot of money over other luxury brands because of this feature. Well, when I went in for my normal service the car had a little over 10,000 miles and was less than 3 years old. I asked that they rotate the tire and was informed that that is not FREE. Then I was informed that I needed an alignment and guess what, that was $189.00. THE SEVICE DEPARTMENT GETS 5 STARS FOR MAINTAING THE VEHICLE, BUT THE SALES DEPARTMENT GETS 1 STAR FOR MISREPRESENTING THE FREE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE WHEN SELLING ME THE VEHICLE. More
