It always amazes me that I am never disappointed at MINI of Monrovia. I’ve reviewed this specific dealership before and AGAIN I must tell everyone that all of the employees are REAL and GENUINE! There’s no fake people trying to sell you anything that you do not need. The person who took care of my car this time was Aaron Burkhard. He was so kind and kept me informed the entire time I was there. I had the WORST MIGRAINE that day and he kept making sure that I was okay. He didn’t have to do that at all. I can guarantee you that if I had taken my car to the local mini dealership around my area, no one would give a xxxx. I just want to thank Aaron and the mini team again for being amazing people inside and out. A happy costumer for life! More

Amazing experience! I have been looking for a used car all over the place until I checked BMW of Monrovia on the web. Their huge selection and reasonable prices got me to I have been looking for a used car all over the place until I checked BMW of Monrovia on the web. Their huge selection and reasonable prices got me to give this dealership a call. The first meeting was well prepared and I got to see the car I liked and Neil -my sales person- didn't try to sale me anything else than what I wanted. I test drove the car and liked it. The price was the one advertised and the car was CTO, meaning 2 years warranty or 50,000miles. The second appointment was for pick-up and paperwork the following Sunday. Again Neil Delasalas - a very helpful and curious man- was prepared, sticking to his words on price and conditions and had the accountant ready to do all the documents and financial side of the sale. This is what I call professionalism! What a difference it makes! More

Very disappointing with service department. For over a week I called daily to make an appointment to service my BMW and couldn’t get through anyone, advisors or loaner department. I finally we For over a week I called daily to make an appointment to service my BMW and couldn’t get through anyone, advisors or loaner department. I finally went on line to schedule and I check the box for an advisor to call me because I had some questions. It took 4 days for someone to call me and go over a few questions by then it was too late, my service was the following day. Up on arrival I had to wait almost 20 minutes in my car at the service entrance. It was blocked with new cars no one would do anything. Once I was able to drive into service department garage, I had to wait another 10 minutes for an advisor to acknowledge me that and kindly asked to go wait at the lobby for an advisor where I had to wait another 15 minutes or so. After the services were completed and picked up my car. I noticed the next day that my BMW wasn’t either service or it wasn’t reset since still has the message that it is passed due for service. I received a follow up call from dealership about the service and explained the situation and pointed out my disappointment about my visit. It has been 5 days and still hasn’t been resolved. Never called back to instruct me what to do about the due service message or to take it back to ACTUALLY DO THE SERVICE or simple reset it if in fact it was done. Long story short, stay away from Mini of Monrovia to service your vehicle More
