I took my car in for normal recall service....A service that was botched...and the way I found out it was botched, is when my car ran out of gas on the 10 freeway and my fuel gauge was showing HALF FULL...I legitimately almost got slammed by a Semi truck going 65 mph and DIED. I then had to have a 2 hour conversation while in the middle of an onramp island with cars whizzing past me at 80 mph just so they wouldn't charge me the 99$ fee for someone to come and put 2 gallons in the tank so I could get to the gas station. So half my Sunday wasted I drove to the gas station and put in $35 so I could get around and get to the dealer in the morning. I received a call from him that my car was done and I owe 69.99 for a full tank of gas at the dealer rate of $4.05 !?!?!??!?! How in the actual F*$% do they get off. 2 gallons from the BMW guy, + 8 gallons I put in myself....-2 gallons used to get to the dealership and around town, = 8 gallons in the flipping tank when I brought it to him....... They don't know basic MATH let alone anything about BMW's and they sure as xxxx don't care about YOU. GO somewhere ELSE! Anywhere ELSE!!! matter of fact do not buy a BMW from this place, this is Misery! More

First time experioence was not a good one. Service person was not entirely helpful. I had to call form status of my car, which was her job. Car promised in 4 hours, then 2 days, then one day. When I picked up car I asked for sometime to go over what they did to car and was not helped. Cashier pointed her finger over to the service area and told me to go there. I was so upset I just left. I went to return my loaner car and she just took the keys and said thank you. Did not ask where I put car, if I crashed it, nothing. Strange, and I left feeling that I should have signed something indicated car was returned in safe and in same condition. I expected more from BMW service. I may look for another dealership. More
