Love this place I always have the greatest experience when I come to the Mini Cooper in Monrovia for service. First Mini Service I really appreciated how easy and painless it was to schedule and perform the service. In addition I ordered a part (new key) from parts department 2 I really appreciated how easy and painless it was to schedule and perform the service. In addition I ordered a part (new key) from parts department 2 days prior to service. I was so happy that the parts department was able to get my new key and have it programmed same day as my service. No wait times while dropping off was a big plus. Often other dealers service departments you left waiting by your car for an advisor to eventually come out to help you. Mini drop off was, park, walk in and drop keys. Awesome. More

It started with a very pleasant scheduler that accommodated my request. Than a very professional service advisor, a service foreman that came out for a test drive without hesitation and finally, very accommodating shuttle service. I think so far, everybody in the Service Department at Mini of Monrovia went above and beyond their job description. I hope not to bring the car in for anything else other than maintenance, but if I do, I am confident they will handle the problems extremely well. More
