Weeks later, they emailed me an offer that I just couldn't miss. I immediately called and told the salesperson, Doug that I'd take the deal if he could deliver the car that same day. I had wanted to surprise my wife and was absolutely able to do so. Mike Maroone VW made it happen. They went thru the new Tiguan with my wife while I signed all the paperwork on my own kitchen table in Pueblo! More

This week, I called for three days to try to talk to someone (We usually deal with Andre, who has been very good to work with.) and was told I would get a call. I even scheduled a service appointment but asked to talk to someone before we bring our car. They said they would have Andre call me. We have brought our car in for the same issue before and I just wanted to know a ballpark figure of the cost to repair and a time frame, as we live quite a bit away and I have kids in school I need to arrange to get. No one ever called. I called twice the day of the appointment and was sent to voicemail by the friendly scheduler. I cancelled the appointment. We will go elsewhere. It's been getting worse with every experience. I was told it would be an hour last time and I sat in the showroom, waiting for four hours while I got an oil change. Does anyone else service VW's? More

I have challenging credit and they were very respectful and were able to get me a good deal that I could afford and feel good about. After I had already signed the papers and drove off the lot, I changed my mind on the color of my Jetta. I brought the car back and made the switch with no troubles. I am so happy with my Habenero Orange Jetta and with my payment. I felt like I was buying from a group of trustworthy friends. If need a car, go to Mike Maroone North and you will be well taken care of. More

Service here doesn’t exist I brought my VW Beetle Coupe in for warranty service, had to bring it back for work that wasn’t done, after the “supposed service” my cars gas consump I brought my VW Beetle Coupe in for warranty service, had to bring it back for work that wasn’t done, after the “supposed service” my cars gas consumption went from 1 tank per month to 1/4 tank in 2 days!! They also wouldn’t check a simple key insertion question - but gave me a $450 quote for replacement! I got an email from the Service Supervisor indicating to “call me at this number” if you can’t give us all “10”s! I did - got a woman who said it was a wrong # and she gets these calls all the time! I tried the main service desk, the Assistant Manager (who just wanted to argue), and I NEVER got a call from Mr. Lemons about anything to resolve the issue! I plan to take this issue further up the chain of command - I would suggest you find service elsewhere or be prepared for inexcusable service AND treatment!! More
