After originally blaming the DMW for delays, I was just told that "we [the dealership] are behind in processing the necessary paperwork. Not a satisfactory answer. If the dealership doesn't have sufficient people to do the job then they should hire more people. Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come. People passed the buck. The manager didn't bother to return my call but directed it to the salesman. More
