Awesome VW Sales Experience A little over two months ago, I started down the road of wanting to purchase a new VW Alltrack. As this was a vehicle I plan on keeping for quite some A little over two months ago, I started down the road of wanting to purchase a new VW Alltrack. As this was a vehicle I plan on keeping for quite some time, I wanted a specific model with a exterior / interior color combination and a manual transmission. I tried researching a number of dealers across the state and was unable to find what I wanted. I contacted Mike Maroone and got myself paired up with Doug Ousler in the sales department and experienced a very pleasant and low pressure test ride on a similar vehicle they had in inventory. I explained my situation and what I was looking for to Doug and his sales manager Matt. They went above and beyond to locate the vehicle I wanted while it was still in transit from the factory. It was actually slated to go to another dealer in Denver. Doug stayed on top of things and, assisted by his manager (Matt), worked a dealer swap. Doug followed through on the delivery right up to the end and did exactly what he said he would. In the end, I received the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. I can't remember ever having a better car buying experience. These guys are awesome! More
Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! My new Atlas purchase was a nightmare. If I could I would give 0 stars! I don‘t know how many things can go wrong with buying a brand new car but aft My new Atlas purchase was a nightmare. If I could I would give 0 stars! I don‘t know how many things can go wrong with buying a brand new car but after a week of waiting I ended up with a new Atlas with only 1 key and scratches all over the clear coat. Got my 2nd key a week later and wasted 3hours at this dealership to take care of the scratches and ended up with the same condition but finally a 2nd key. Nobody bothered to even offer me anything to make it up to me for all the worries (almost mental breakdown) and wasted gas and time. Never in my life did I feel so bad about buying anything and felt so disappointed. More

Pat is a real professional - knowledge of the product, honest approach to the customer and delightful to work with. We felt he gave us the best price on the particular car and very honest. He helped us with what we knew we wanted and did not try to sell us more than we needed. When the transaction was closed he walked us through everything to make it a most efficient car purchase. His knowledge of the entire proscess was very helpful and he went out of his was to be available for questions at any time. In addition we felt we got to know him on a personal basis. A year later when we elected to exercise a lease buyback we just called our friend Pat. He met us at our convenience and expedited the transaction with ease. In our experience Pat is one of the best to work with on a car purchase. Thanks Pat Marcus Markey in finance also was efficient knowledgeable and delightful to work with. More

2 YEARS OF HORRIBLE TREATMENT! There needs to be a NO star review option! RUN don't WALK AWAY FROM THIS hap-hazard PLACE So, I Bought my 2nd VW here in july of 2017, a 2017 Alltrack. I had my wheels from my Passat put on my alltrack. First, my wheels were all scratched up from obvious impact socket rub and at the time I lived in Denver and the next day that I was cleaning my car, I looked under the car and the rocker panel on my DS was ALL bent out of shape due to some knucklehead that works in service that jacked my car up OFF the proper jacking point. I called Pat Bains, my salesman, to see WTH and why I am left with a brand new damaged car. Aaron, Pat's manager simply said they won't do anything UNLESS I go out of my way to drive down from denver to have them "see if they did cause the damage"..calling me a liar essentially. Well, FF to TODAY and I have moved back to the springs and emailed Pat Bains about now having my car fixed from the original email I sent to him a year ago..and he replied by saying.."I though this was your last communication to us"..Thats it. NOTHING about how they have screwed me over and certainly NOTHING about repairing my car from the damage THEY caused. I have been to their website twice chatting with someone that doesn't even work there and have been told twice that someone will call me to resolve this and yep...NOTHING! Now I am off to their BBB page to take my time to file a complaint there..Just disgusting! 10-4-2018 UPDATE! Pano roof an my Alltrack leaked. Took it to these guys and they replaced the pinched drain tube. They said new headliner was on backorder..Ok, so I found interior damage done by the tech while replacing drain tube. After all that has happen to me so far by these guys, I went straight to Adrian at Mike Maroone VW service and the service manager came out and said they are not honoring the headliner and NOT repairing the damage that THEY caused. Obviously I am upset at this point and the service manager told me to leave and not come back. AFTER I have bought 2 cars from them in 2 years! Total hack service shop that makes the customer "wrong" in any case brought to them. Have filed a BBB complaint and want all to know that they should stay VERY FAR away from this horrible horrible dealer More

The price they charged me was incredibly low, they handed me an insp I bought a used Volkswagen and brought it here for an oil change and inspection. The price they charged me was incredibly low, they handed me an inspection report, and I left agreeing to leave a 5-star review. Shortly after, I had issues with the car, and I found out they never did the inspection. The inspection report was completely made up, and I had the car break down with costly repairs as the result of something that could have been easily, and inexpensively prevented. Had they done the inspection, the most simple things like a defective battery, and incredibly dirty air filters would have come up as needing attention. More
