I took in the car for a service (balance and rotation) and also to be looked at a couple of issues (Clanking in the steering wheel column and infotainment system freezing when using maps). The dealership had my car for 3 days (Friday morning to Monday Morning). The service advisor Chris left me a text on Friday evening stating that the tech could not identify the issue and requested that I leave the car till Saturday morning to do more diagnosis. I agreed to this - guess what? I did not hear back from the service advisor on Saturday, I tried to reach out to him - but No response. This left me without a car for the whole weekend, and no loaner was provided (I guess that's the price we pay for buying a Chevy). The balance and rotation were never performed on the vehicle. And surprisingly the service manager could not identify the issue. I took him to a test drive and he still could not figure out the issue, until I pointed it out to look at a specific place. Once, I pointed it out he said "It's not going to leave you stranded on the road. you should be fine." I took it to another shop and they said there is a loose bolt in the steering column and it is good that I addressed the issue. This dealership is great for a new car purchase but their service department and their service manager do not seem to have enough knowledge on EVs. More

My experience with Maroone Chevrolet was excellent from start to finish. There was no rush in the process, it went the speed I wanted it to go thanks to all the staff members involved especially Hector Bue start to finish. They offered several trucks with options I was interested in, they had the truck I was looking at when I arrived which was great. I went to the dealership for one particular Silverado 1500 but it did not have two options I must have which were Adaptive Cruise Control and 360 camera views. Hector went out of his way to search their vehicle lots and found me two properly optioned Silverado 1500s. The buying process went smoothly, The first numbers were not good for me, so I told them what would work for me Hector and his manager (I forgot his name, sadly) made it happen, no back and forth, just straightforward to the point. My wife and I left very satisfied with Mike Maroone Chevrolet and of course Hector. Even the Financing went as smoothly as it could go. More

Service department did not update me of my final charges before completing my vehicle! I found out what my charges are after I was told my vehicle is done. Very expensive bill!! $8000 with $200 discount lol before completing my vehicle! I found out what my charges are after I was told my vehicle is done.
