I took in the car for a service (balance and rotation) and also to be looked at a couple of issues (Clanking in the steering wheel column and infotainment system freezing when using maps). The dealers and also to be looked at a couple of issues (Clanking in the steering wheel column and infotainment system freezing when using maps). The dealership had my car for 3 days (Friday morning to Monday Morning). The service advisor Chris left me a text on Friday evening stating that the tech could not identify the issue and requested that I leave the car till Saturday morning to do more diagnosis. I agreed to this - guess what? I did not hear back from the service advisor on Saturday, I tried to reach out to him - but No response. This left me without a car for the whole weekend, and no loaner was provided (I guess that's the price we pay for buying a Chevy). The balance and rotation were never performed on the vehicle. And surprisingly the service manager could not identify the issue. I took him to a test drive and he still could not figure out the issue, until I pointed it out to look at a specific place. Once, I pointed it out he said "It's not going to leave you stranded on the road. you should be fine." I took it to another shop and they said there is a loose bolt in the steering column and it is good that I addressed the issue. This dealership is great for a new car purchase but their service department and their service manager do not seem to have enough knowledge on EVs. More
