Mike, I purchased a 2020 Tahoe from your WPB dealership about 6 months ago and I’ve put about 6K miles on the vehicle. After the purchase, I noticed a vibration from the drivetrain and returned it to the d about 6 months ago and I’ve put about 6K miles on the vehicle. After the purchase, I noticed a vibration from the drivetrain and returned it to the dealership where they checked it out and assured me everything was ok. I live in WPB and was traveling to Orlando when the Transmission went out on us. I did not purchase the extended warranty. I had it towed back to the dealership where I was informed it needed a new transmission. I asked if they would replace the transmission or buy the car back, and they discounted the repair by about 1K of the approximately 6,500 costs. I feel like I was passed a hot potato, one does not buy a car from a reputable dealership only to replace the transmission 6,000 miles later. More
