I have bought plenty of cars in my day frem plenty and dealerships , and this is by far the worst one . reason being . before you buy the car these guys r the nicest people you will ever meet in your life dealerships , and this is by far the worst one . reason being . before you buy the car these guys r the nicest people you will ever meet in your life . theyl do anything for you . but as soon as they have your money , they do not want a xxxx thing to do with you , your financing , your tags , they just dont care there is zero customer service . i was promised a free oil change and free service on the parts that were broken and that never happend . they even had me LIE on my fanance application.........and told me what to say when westlink financial called me . when i try to call auto styles back i was hung up on , spoken to rudely , transfered back and forth . worst experience i have ever had dealing with any dealership . very unprofessional . if they gave me a car for free i wouldent take it because of all the stress this company brings. More

I came to purchase a car seen on autostyle.com. Cut the story short . I got a reductionism price. I paid a 3/4 of the price and promise to pay off the rest next day. I was lured into a finance agreement, story short . I got a reductionism price. I paid a 3/4 of the price and promise to pay off the rest next day. I was lured into a finance agreement, I business day later I was told that I could not pay it off. I was stuck with 7 years agreement. They told me if you want pay .you have to pay the bank , we got our money already . Now to pay off the bank it cost me about $1000 more than if I had to pay auto style. Auto style made their profit and more does not care about their customers. It is going on two months can't get my tags. Customer service stinks, Be careful with them. Very shady . A reputable dealer is better. More

This place was awesome. I have never bought used before and now ill never buy new again. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I called on a Tuesday looking for a baby blue Bentley and by and now ill never buy new again. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They sell cars that look good on the outside but with mechanical problems. They promise alot of things to make you sign the contract but once you do they tell you there is no much they can do because whe mechanical problems. They promise alot of things to make you sign the contract but once you do they tell you there is no much they can do because when you buy the car ( you are buying as-is) and that you cannot break the contract. With them it doesnt matter if you got the car yesterday and it know has an engine problem. No customer service what soever. The "service"mgr( head of mechanics) even says " why would you buy a used car?. all they do is criticize customers and promise what they will never do. Basically your stuck with a peace of sh** and a good for nothing dealer. Look for known ( big places) and read the reviews!!! read less More

I have had a very positive experience with autostyle wholesales. Everyone from my salesman Jerry and Juan to the owner and the finance department were very helpful. Not only did I get the car I wanted b wholesales. Everyone from my salesman Jerry and Juan to the owner and the finance department were very helpful. Not only did I get the car I wanted but it also came with a warrantee because the vehicle was a pre-owned certified bmw and all I had to do was call bmw and get the certification changed to my name as the new owner and it is warranteed up to 100,000 miles. The took my down payment and gave me full value for it. I wil definetly recomend best sales auto to anyone looking for a quality hi-end vehicle. I have already sent friends to them. Definitely is a warm experience and I would recommend for a great vehicle and carfax history.. More
