Lo barato sale caro Compré un Ford Edge 2013 y lo único que puedo decir bueno de ellos es que Victor que fue el comercial que nos atendió el primer día que fuimos a mirar Compré un Ford Edge 2013 y lo único que puedo decir bueno de ellos es que Victor que fue el comercial que nos atendió el primer día que fuimos a mirar fue un buen comercial y nos convenció a pesar de que el coche tenía una apariencia horrible el día que fuimos a verlo (sucio por todos sitios, malos olores, arañazos en ruedas, en pintura...) A Gary que es el financiero también lo considero un buen profesional puesto que a pesar de ser comprador extranjero y no tener aún crédito en USA, consiguió que una entidad nos financiase a un tipo de interés razonable. A partir de ahí poco más que destacar, y lo que podía haber sido una experiencia de 5 estrellas con un poco de atención al cliente, desde entonces todo lo demás han sido problemas... Víctor se puso enfermo grave y no pudo estar en la entrega del vehículo que nos entregaron con una limpieza incompleta, con el tanque de gasolina restando 18 millas para "empty" a pesar de que nos habían prometido Óscar que lo llenarían, nos lo dieron con una rueda trasera pinchada por lo que a los 5 minutos de salir del dealer se encendió el aviso en la pantalla principal. Tampoco me dieron segunda llave ni código de apertura de puerta aduciendo que ellos compraban coches embargados y que no tenían más que una llave. Todos estos inconvenientes además de ser ejemplo de pésimo servicio al cliente, me han costado por el momento más de 350USD que llevo 1 mes intentando que se hagan cargo ellos puesto que son cosas básicas de cualquier compra de vehículo pero por el momento no han atendido a razón alguna y elevaré mis quejas al BBB y a la agencia de protección de usuarios. Igualmente me vendieron el seguro de garantía más caro de los posibles y a pesar de decirme que entraba en vigor una vez expirase el del fabricante de 36000 millas cuando me llega la documentación descubro que ya está vigente estando pagando por 2 seguros innecesariamente y siendo este segundo además menos fiable para mi porque justifican que en caso de tener que pagar alguna reparación se podrían usar piezas usadas por lo que inmediatamente solicito la cancelación de dicho seguro. Tras más de 2 semanas intentando cancelar el seguro que ha de pasar también por manos del dealer para dar su conformidad a la cancelación, aún no me han confirmado la misma y mientras tanto uno venga a perder y perder su valioso tiempo en esta compañía para que hagan su trabajo de forma seria, honrada y eficiente que es lo que se espera de un dealer. Sinceramente no merece la pena... hay muchos otros dealers en Miami con los que poder tener una experiencia de cliente mucho más gratificante cuando uno va a gastar una buena cantidad de dinero en la compra de un carro. I found a Lincoln Aviator, I when to the floor manager and made a cash on the spot offer, with a $1,449.00 discount of the asking price, he work the number with me and accepted my cash offer. So at the end of the evening we took my wife truck for trade in and came out with a 2010 Jeep Patriot for her and a 2005 Lincoln Aviator as a spare car for the family. I will go back when is time to buy my daughter used car! Thanks you guys More
Purchased a vehicle on Feb 3rd from this dealer. Am still waiting for my bill of sale and it is now march. Have not received my tags for which i already paid. I should have looked on the BBB website prior to going to them, they have a F rating and i can see why. Am now just waiting for the vehicle to fall apart. More

First called the dealership and explained them i was willing to drive on new years eve from tampa to miami (294 miles one way) to buy the car. There is a customer coming to look at the same car you are coming to see. I need you to go online a pay a deposit, which i pull over on the side of the highway to do. When i got to the dealer juan was no where to be found (he was hiding from us) then a sales person asked us. You guys are from tampa right? I said yes i am here to see the black g37 and also you have a silver in stock. (The silver was park away from all cars that way i dont see that the drivers side door was repainted. I saw it and inmidiaty asked the sales guy i need to see the black g37 i paid a deposit on.. He shaked his head and said "sorry buddy, that car is not good for you, not clean.) i told him i was done with him i need it a manager. Then he called the manager (david) david then said that the car wasnt in the lot. That they had it in another lot they own but they cant find the keys, then they said that it wont start.. I was mad.. He said go online look my inventory and i give u 1000.00 off. He was trying to sell me a car that was setting on the lot for 4 months (thanks to one of my friends that has a dealer and can check bin numbers through "auto-report") this "new" car is perfect for you, i found out that the black car and the white "new" car has ben on a accident and has frame damged.. He didnt want to tell me the true. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THIS PEOPLE ... They will still your money like they did with me.. More

The person contacted (Oscar) answered the phone immediately. Listened to what I was looking for in terms of make, year, mileage and price and referred me to Victor.
