the signs said everywhere "no dealer fees" but there was a lot of hidden fees ,the manager waived one fee when i took my money off his desk ,but said he couldn't waive the other (electroniv filing there was a lot of hidden fees ,the manager waived one fee when i took my money off his desk ,but said he couldn't waive the other (electroniv filinging fees which we don't have in Naples but after we paid all the hidden fees ,i dont get my title for 6 weeks ?every time i call they say its on its way finally i called 4 days ago and they said i owed another fee to renew my tag for 1 month $209.00 the sticker i had on my tag was good until 10 of 2012 the new one is only good for 11 2012 ?anyway was very unsatisfied with the office workers car is great every thing the sales man said it was sorry More

We went to Autostyle's website and immediately found the car we were looking for. We had credit approval within one hour - despite the fact that we are currently in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy repayment plan. car we were looking for. He immediately brought us a key and a tag and we took the car for a test drive. We confirmed we wanted the car. We went to meet with Blanco, he printed our papers, we signed and off we went! The longest time we waited was when they had to detail the car! There was absolutely NO STRESS, NO HASSLE, and no feeling that we were "bad" people because our credit was less than perfect! All of the gentlemen were FANTASTIC! We will be referring everyone we know to Autostyle! Really an unbelieveable experience! More

Gary and Juan were incredibly nice and helpful in guiding us through the sale process. I hate to buy cars but this was super easy. They took my application and got me approved right away. All my wife and I had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. We came with our trade looking at a Mercedes ML350 but ended up leaving with a 2010 Lexus RX350. The selection is awesome and they are good with trades. We could not be happier with the car or the people at the dealership. Will definately tell our friends. More
