Solo por vender, en nuestro caso les dijimos que todo lo que prometieron lo escribieran, dijeron que su palabra valia, pero no fue asi. Su palabra no se cumplio y el carro lo terminaron de armar con pedazos de otros carros mas viejos y fuera de eso ahora estan pidiendo mas dinero para que nos den el titulo, Esto no es justo, no es posible que muy campantes se esten aprovechando de la ingenuidad y la confianza de las personas. This place is the worse, Mostly REPO cars... I went there this weekend and 3 different people were bringing their cars back for damages/repairs/etc.. None seemed very happy. I bought a used Mercedes E350 and was happy with the car until it got dark and I noticed I had a low beam bulb out. The service man rudely said he did not have anyone around because it was late and I had until it got dark and I noticed I had a low beam bulb out. Also the right front marker light was missing, the smart key is not programmed and missing pieces, the navigation dvd is missing, the spare tire tool kit is missing, the passenger door appears to be from a different car as there i a crease on the door that looks original and not a dent and the trunk floor cover is missing. The phone adapter is cut in the glove box. The dealer said they would fix the light and install the marker and get the trunk floor and tool kit. The service manager said he only needed one full day and all would be repaired. I droppped the car off when my schedule allowed later in the week and had to take a cab to work $85 cab fare one way. I went back to pick up the vehicle at 5 pm to have to wait another hour to only have the headlights temporarily repaired so that I had to lights. What was really done was the system was bypassed and two after market bulbs were installed. Also when I got home I noticed after getting out of the car and glancing through the driver side rear window that the storage pocket on the back of the driver seat had been partially torn off the seat. I have an installment contract on the car for downpayments and have tried to contact someone at the dealership to discuss all. these matters and the fact that my insurance cost me triple due to the original insurance compant's payment system being down (NO FAULT OF AUTOSTYLE) but it made me unable to make my first payment and I wanted to rearrange to pay it all in my second payment. Nobody answers a phone or email. And I get a message at home saying they have called me at work and my cell phone. But I had no messages and could not get a hold of anybody. I am to the point I would rather exchange this vehicle which clearly is not what it was supposed to be for a 2009 model on the lot for generally the same price Juan Luis was great to deal with and was one of the few that took concern More
Horrible experience from day 1. I would never go back or recommend Team Auto Inc (aka Auto Style Wholesale) to anyone. Sales people, finance mgrs, and management are extremely shady. First, the finance man recommend Team Auto Inc (aka Auto Style Wholesale) to anyone. Sales people, finance mgrs, and management are extremely shady. First, the finance manager tried to get me to sign a blank contract. They advertise "No Dealer Charges", and still tack on a $300 tag fee- when I already own tags. Then they tried to go back on agreed to price. They never registered the vehicle to my name, allowed the temporary tags to expire, not once but twice in a 90 day period. So then 30 days later, they sent me a revised contract, which I never got an executed copy. I also found the vehicle had hidden front end damage, covered by sheet metal and bondo, plus the so called new brakes were in fact old and started squeaking. They sold me the most expensive extended warranty service contract and then when the vehicle broke down 1 month later, they refused to pay for towing, rental car or repairs of $2,700 claiming the warranty was never funded! So my wife was without a car for 2 months, and they could care less. I fixed the vehicle at my own accord, then they claimed they could not get me financing. I returned the vehicle, because they agreed to return my initial deposit of $2,500. Yes, of course as soon as they got it back, they refused to answer my calls or letters and kept my money! Extremely unethical, unprofessional, and definitely NOT to be trusted. If you look at their Better Business Bureau rating , they have EARNED a rating of F for good reason. More
My husband and I had a unique situation and were looking for a very inexpensive car. As soon as Ron heard our story he did everything he could to help us get a car that fit our needs.
