Service department does not live up to Mercedes Benz standards. Brought my car in several times as it would stall and lose power in the middle of driving. I had my kids with me on 2 occasions. They coul standards. Brought my car in several times as it would stall and lose power in the middle of driving. I had my kids with me on 2 occasions. They couldn’t fix the problem. Service manager and front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional every time I brought my car in. Wait times for a loaner car were sometimes weeks. The last time I brought my car in they loaned me a dirty car with dog hair all over the seats and dashboard and hay inside the trunk. Actual hay. When I complained they told me that I don’t have to service my car there. I would never come back again and would never recommend to anyone. Also, their services are a lot more expensive than other Benz dealerships. My car ended up being a lemon. Service department 0/5. More

Daniel, the man, is always cordial, always helpful, and last but not least always competent! Vey hard to find an advisor who is understanding of the customers concerns, and no dismissive. He well deser last but not least always competent! Vey hard to find an advisor who is understanding of the customers concerns, and no dismissive. He well deserves a higher position so others can be trained buy him, and along with that I think its right to say he deserves a hefty pay raise with bonuses. All said and done, I will always have a sweet spot for a Benz, therefore as long and far Daniel will go, I shall follow. Only guy I trust with my vehicle. Thank you. More
