Very disappointed with the lack of caring and service I received from Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks! Service department did not fix the issue that I had described in detail to the service manager Oscar received from Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks! Service department did not fix the issue that I had described in detail to the service manager Oscar. I escalated the issue to the director of service with still no resolve. I ended having to pay the $295 service fee to get my vehicle back and I left without the issue being corrected! I left very dissatisfied with the total lack of service and they couldn’t have cared less! Unprofessional and unacceptable service! More

We went to this dealership on a Friday and purchased a car anticipating to receive it within 3 business days since it still needed some maintenance work on it. Since then, it has been 2 weeks and we still car anticipating to receive it within 3 business days since it still needed some maintenance work on it. Since then, it has been 2 weeks and we still have not received the car, nor any proper updates regarding our purchase. We are the ones who are constantly contacting them begging for an update and they tell us nothing but lies. They always say it will come within he next 2 days, but still nothing. The salesman we worked with, Aaron, does not answer any of our questions properly and we are no longer contacting him due to his lack in workmanship. It is really disappointing for such a brand to have such bad performance. This goes to say, will never be coming here ever again and I encourage to not either! More
