Nicholas, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our instant messaging service. We strive for clear communication, so it's disappointing to learn we fell short here. I do appreciate the heads-up, though, and I have gone into the system and hopefully gotten that confusion cleared up. As far as the wait time for an oil change, those will generally run about an hour or less, but we always like to err on the side of caution because there are times when we get unexpectedly busy and our team gets backed up. We would also like to be more accommodating to our non-local customers, but unfortunately, at times, that would mean being less accommodating to our local customers, and we try to treat all of our valued guests with the same 5-star service that they deserve. This company has my contact info and yet, instead of addressing the issue directly, they are more interested in optics and damage control than resolution. Swickard's team (out of state) clearly supports exploitative and excessive pricing for an oil change that took me 25 mins. Yes, that's how easy it is. There's nothing remotely associated with 5 stars. LAUGHABLE. $235 + tax for an oil change and 2 hours is for SUCKERS. What a joke. I strongly advise not servicing your car here or buying one either. This dealer only cares about profit. They could not organize a two car funeral.

July 8, 2025: I spoke with Terry who was cordial and polite but stood by their absurd one-size fits all. No resolution or anything offered - 1 week later. What was the point of the conversation? All I heard was a lot of excuses or that's it's too hard. Well at $250 for an oil change Terry, life isn't hard for the dealership. A premium oil service at $252.04 (OTD including tax) even at 1.5 hours is NOT going to be worth the travel distance and time. Where's the value? There isn't any. The only person who could guarantee 1 hour for their OVERPRICED service is the shop foreman. Beverly Hills Mercedes who was willing to charge $100+ tax could not see me for a few days. I ended up doing it myself in 25 mins by a buying a few tools and supplies. It was comparable for what Beverly Hills would charge What was the point of this conversation? Swickard made it clear. We don't need your business or desire it. In the dog days of a recession, that won't bode well. Evidently, Swickard must be German for suckered.
