I’ve been a service customer at MBZ Thousand Oaks for 20 years, and always had a great experience with its Service Dept. Edgar Mendoza is my current service advisor and is top notch. UNPROFESSIONAL. Whoever handles their instant messaging does not understand the service business. Mason (doubt it's his real name) said about $235.00 for an oil chan Whoever handles their instant messaging does not understand the service business. Mason (doubt it's his real name) said about $235.00 for an oil change and an hour or two. Then he says $235 or less and 1 hour. He think I'm going to trust this nonsense? Funny how this works from Mason which has a dog photo. He abruptly ended the chat when I questioned this. Evidently, juveniles are on their payroll. This dealer would not know customer service if they got hit by it. They are more interested in wasting time with feeble excuses. When someone isn't local you might want to be more accommodating and schedule it. I have no intention of driving a great distance and waiting for 2 hours for them to get around to it. The difference between wanting the business for your overpriced service and not. This dealer is owned by Swickard whose only concern is profit first. Read the reviews online. Good luck getting a manager if it goes sideways. More
Gary was very professional about our service needs and service order for our vehicle , a 2009 clk550 with 72000 miles. We found this dealership to be professional. honest, and reasonably priced. No upselling or saying service needed on items with no issues as one MB independent service place recently did. We will return here to this dealership in the future when a need arises. More
