My goal was to find a red Mercedes. I inquired in an e-mail to Silver Star Mercedes dealership and got an immediate response from Greg and his team mate Russell. Throughout my life, I dealt with severa e-mail to Silver Star Mercedes dealership and got an immediate response from Greg and his team mate Russell. Throughout my life, I dealt with several Mercedes dealerships and others and what made the difference here is that Greg listened attentively to my request and promised to find the car, even though, Red color cars, with the specs I wanted, are extremely hard to locate in one package. A few days later, I sat down with Greg and I got my car and for the best deal ever, no hassle, no nonsense and no empty promises, we shared stories and laughs, I got a bow to surprise my wife and I drove off with the car I intended to buy. I am a senior with limited patience, I tell you that the entire pleasant experience took so little time that it was absolutely surprising to me. All dealerships are striving to give their customers the best service. However, in my opinion, the people that make the difference are the ones who best represent their dealerships. Greg, his team and the finance dept., not only exerted leadership qualities, they represented the ultimate of customer service as well. Silver Star Mercedes is fortunate and blessed to have them advancing their best image. I would diffidently recommend Silver Star to everyone. Thank you Greg and be well. More
Greg's customer service out weighed the car I bought from him and Silver Star Mercedes Benz. He was cordial and very trusting to me and my family. I'm from Las Vegas and a first time Mercedes buyer/owner, although my family has had Mercedes' before. I found a vehicle online that I thought would be ideal for me. To be honest, my experience at Silver Star Mercedes was a bit rocky at first. I had talked to Greg over the phone, but the salesperson who greeted me informed me that he wouldn't be in until that afternoon. The salesperson I worked with that morning was very off putting and unpleasant. I had decided to go to lunch and after talking the same salesperson over the phone, it was clear to me that they did not want to make a sale. By that time it was early afternoon so I decided to give Greg a call. He asked how my day was going and I replied that "it could be better" and asked if he was available to talk to. Upon returning to the dealership, I sat down with Greg and explained my experience so far. Right away he went to work on trying to make a deal for me on the vehicle I was interested in. While going through the mundane process which is buying a car, we shared stories and laughs. At the end of the day I drove off with the vehicle I came in to buy, a gift bag from Greg, and my keys presented to me in a gift box. Greg made me feel good about buying a Mercedes and I would recommend Silver Star to anybody. More

All communication was done online. There was no haggling or double-talk. She was very prompt with emails (good when you're at work and dealing with several dealers). I actually wasn't even interested in a MB but test drove one car at two other dealerships. As things soured with my first choice, the MB started to appeal more so I asked for a good price for the car I was considering. I received it, got specific with what I wanted, and bought it. Marian was great from start to finish. I've bought many new and a few used vehicles, and this experience, though it meant a drive of more than an hour, was the best and most enjoyable. I gave the "quality of work" 4/5 for the lack of detailing on the interior. It was probably prepped at night, but nevertheless, I noticed it, especially the next day. I wouldn't expect it if I were to buy it during daylight though. More
Greg made my car purchase the easiest I've ever had. When purchasing a 130k car your dealer should make you feel special and Greg definitely did this. I would come back and purchase a car from him next week just to get the some more of the Greg Jarvis experience. I mentioned Greg’s name in this post for a reason, because he very well deserves the recognition for standing out in an industry where people have completely forgotten about customer service and longevity. Greg Jarvis and his right-hand man Russell Senjack are the perfect one-two combo. I arrived later in the evening and they really took the time to show me the vehicle and experience it with my family. Instead of hurrying out the door, they stayed a bit after making sure i got the best deal on my trade in and that the purchase vehicle was exactly what my family needed. I never felt rushed in any way. Greg knows his stuff! He was right on the money with the whole business deal, pure professionalism and also down to earth. Russell had done his homework as well, knowing more about the vehicle than letting the merchandise speak for itself. They got the paperwork going and next thing i knew it was ready to sign. There were a few minor issues that we all noticed (hey it's a used vehicle) and they made sure that I was taken care of (got it back almost brand new). They even brought the loaner vehicle to my wife because she is pretty close to delivering our newest son. I can't tell you all the details because i want everyone to experience it themselves. In a world where customer service seems lacking, maybe it all is being kept at Silver Star Mercedes Benz in the office of Greg Jarvis and his trusty sidekick Russell Senjack.
