Bullies ? ?I purchased a 2010 C300 in April of 2012. At this point, Silver Star A.G., LTD (Mercedes-Benz Thousand Oaks) have replaced the vehicle ? ?I purchased a 2010 C300 in April of 2012. At this point, Silver Star A.G., LTD (Mercedes-Benz Thousand Oaks) have replaced the vehicle battery four times, note the replacement intervals of 6 months after original vehicle purchase, 20 months, 14 months, and 18 month intervals. On March 3, 2017 I was engaged in a conversation with Mr. Wesley Crown (service manager) with regards to remedying the yet unresolved battery issue, which has plagued our vehicle since we purchased it. As the conversation was progressing towards a possible remedy, Mr. Ben Criscuolo (service director) forcibly approached us as we were seated at Mr. Crown’s desk. Mr. Criscuolo encroached menacingly over me and stated, “we will give you nothing, you have wasted everyone’s time, Daniel’s time, everyone’s time. I don’t want you to come back here, there are plenty of other Mercedes Dealerships you can go to.” I attempted to further negotiate resolving the issue, however Mr. Criscuolo refused to deescalate his threatening demeanor. At this point, I realized he had not identified himself and I asked for a business card. He stormed away and returned with a card. He additionally stated that I was not to return to this Mercedes Dealership for any reason. At this time, I would like to reiterate four replacement batteries in a vehicle 7 years old is unacceptable. My attempt to discuss this fact with Mr. Criscuolo was met with an unprofessional response at best, with no suggestions as to a reasonable conclusion. A Mercedes Benz battery in southern CA can reasonably be expected to give 60 months of service, therefore if the aforementioned battery installed this month does not provide 48 months of service, I would like Silver Star Mercedes to take ownership of the problem, as they have for the last four battery replacements. Worst Sales Rep at dealership I went to buy GL450 and came across 1 sales person ( Mr Courtland) who suddenly because very touchy and started yelling as I was not closing the deal I went to buy GL450 and came across 1 sales person ( Mr Courtland) who suddenly because very touchy and started yelling as I was not closing the deal in 30-45 minutes I am sure he was an exception and others might be good there...the GM is an amazing guy ! No care after the deal is signed and commission is paid I was sold what was to be a CPO Mercedes that they never certified prior to my purchase. I only found out because I had an immediate problem with the car and the service department at Mercedes Encino made me aware of it. Not even 1 year later this car is back in the shop with major work ( power steering pump and reservoirs) getting done and I'm bracing for what's next. I give this dealer 2 thumbs down! More

I was originally shopping for a (then) newly released Ford Fusion Titanium but couldn't get a dealership to sell me one a few hundred bucks above invoice. I've bought plenty of Fords below invoice so it must have been because this precious gem was new. Or something. I considered another similar car, Japanese. About two years ago, I had sold my dream car, 1972 Mercedes. I think all of my family and relatives are Mercedes people, and in this way (and maybe one or two more) I was always the black sheep, driving plain people cars! So I shopped around a few dealerships, both online and in person. I was unsuccessful either way. As a last ditch effort, I threw one in left field to Thousand Oaks MB and got an e-response from Marian. From start to finish, she was excellent with email and phone-tag. She gave me a great price, information, and a no-nonsense attitude I love yet is so rare. I've referred a few people her way and she has earned other peoples business as well. Now, in regards to...the car I got...or maybe even the dealership...I got a lemon. I did a lot of the work myself on the 72 280SEL I mentioned earlier and I have plenty of pay hours under my belt turning wrenches for a living (and then some). I like the specific car I bought for many reasons but it's had some serious warranty issues. And none of the dealerships have to this day fixed a thing. It's truly mind boggling but since I never came to this dealership for any of the problems (too far from where I live) and I have been in contact with MB Corporate, I will not hold it against the dealership. I don't know where or when the damage occurred but I am convinced the two warranty issues are related, especially based on the technical information provided (its not even repairable? They should buy the car back then!) Again, I'm not sure if something happened in the factory, or at the dealership before the sale, or in between, but since I don't know this review and my rating is for my sales experience only. More
I just bought my second car from Marian and she makes it so easy. I love the deal I got and working with her was a pleasure. She delivered what I wanted with out pressure and in the time I needed it.
