They kept my appointment time, finished the work in the estimated time and provided a well documented service record. Liz provided practical advice on upcoming tire replacement. I don't think an auto service operation could be better. More
I had no choice I have a 2004 Mercedes SLK320 that is in a good shape, and I use it only in summer. I usually service it in a small garage that is quick, reliable and I have a 2004 Mercedes SLK320 that is in a good shape, and I use it only in summer. I usually service it in a small garage that is quick, reliable and inexpensive. But this time it was an ant-theft system, and because the MB does not share their codes with others, I had to go to a certified dealership. The staff member Stori that took care of me was very nice and approachable, she answered all my questions. Regretfully the answers were not that satisfying. Can we disable the immobilizer? - No Are the parts that we need here? - No, we need to wait for them. The repair was very expensive (which was expected), and it exceeded my expectations about 30% (which is nobody to blame). The car was washed when I received it which was nice, but it was full of trash inside which was really surprising - plastic wrap, pieces of paper wrap, lose screws. Even the floor may was unlocked and not locked back. That did not stand for the expected level. I will not recommend this place mostly because of the price, but garbage inside the car was really shocking. Once again, Stori Haug was really nice. More

He is always prompt in returning my calls, schedules a loaner car for me (as I live almost two hours away- which itself is a testament to my satisfaction with him and Mercedes Benz of Seattle), and coordinates with the shop foreman to deliver the service I need. I will continue to do business with MB Seattle and refer my friends there as well. More
