Much better this time This was my 2nd visit to this dealership for service. I have to say I was less than pleased with my first experience. However, this time was a compl This was my 2nd visit to this dealership for service. I have to say I was less than pleased with my first experience. However, this time was a complete 360. I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted almost immediately ! The staff explained charges and wait time. While I waited I enjoyed hot coffee and snacks. My car was ready as promised. This time it was washed and vacuumed. Total 5* More

Exceptional service I live in Kirkland and Mercedes Bellevue is less than a mile from my home. That said, I will drive across the water to Seattle to deal with the professionals at Mercedes Benz of Seattle. Ryan was my advisor and he was prompt and helpful. The parts department also helped me with a Wheel key I needed. All I can say, a trip across to Seattle and letting these guys taking care of your Mercedes is worth the time.
