An expensive repair should be fully justified with perhaps an upper limit and calculated on hours of labor with an effort to do as few hours as necessary. This job was bid at labor $2000.00.and all inclusive was 3250.00 to replace a malfunctioning part in the steering column. I asked service what they were going to do but beyond that I had no idea whether it would take 2000.00 worth of labor. Whether it did ie did not that is what I paid. Pretty hefty to get an electronic malfunction in the lock system. But I had no choice so I paid the rate as established. Was it justified? I have no idea. Hard to feel.goid about that kind of cost but it is what it is at this dealer. I had a previous bid on things that needed to be done and it was a full $1000 00 more than what I was able to get it done for. In this case specific to mercedes electronic malfunction with only 50k miles I needed this dealership service. I don't believe this is necessarily an issue with this mercedes dealer so for these kinds of things I will always need this dealership or some Mercedes specific service place. More
The worst customer service organization I have ever had to deal with and would not ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone. The issues are not just an individual but systemic throughout the to deal with and would not ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Way over priced and dishonest. My Sprinter sliding door stopped working. They wanted $200 in parts and $900 in labor. It was a broke cable. It cost me $28 and 2 hours labor. Michael worked very hard to get our purchase processed. Four hours was a little more time than we had planned to spend, but we have our lovely Mercedes and are quite happy. Four hours was a little more time than we had planned to spend, but we have our lovely Mercedes and are quite happy. More

Facilities are spectacular. Very busy. The customer service reps are good, however the turnaround times are slow. My sprinter was there for a week to complete a basic 30k check-up.
