My Mercedes was vandalized and sent to the dealership for repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. This dealership went out of their way to contact my insurance (more than once) company send pictu repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. This dealership went out of their way to contact my insurance (more than once) company send pictures (more than once) explain charges (more than once) and to contact me to explain everything. They were always kind and understanding and very professional to me throughout the over 2 months it took to deal with my insurance company. They stood up for me when the insurance company said they would not pay for Mercedes parts. I would most definitely recommend the parts and service department. From the top down, these folks were there for me! More

Worst ever. Terrible service. Would love to use a different service, but we need to get a rebate for a class action suit on the exhaust. We already had it repai Terrible service. Would love to use a different service, but we need to get a rebate for a class action suit on the exhaust. We already had it repaired by an independent (good!) service department. Sadly, within <20 miles the check engine light can BACK on and then a bit later the Ad blue warning came on. We have 10 more starts for the car and we just got it from MB Seattle on Friday!!! Sending this Sunday night and we only started the car three times on Friday and once on Sunday. What the heck?!?!?! Truly abismal. More
