Over $1,100 for rear brakes and rotors service on a ML350? I just got robbed by them. Other places can do that service for $600 to $700. They want me to come back for front brake service?? Very disappointing experience. Purchased a car in June 2021, was told that second key has been misplaced but they would order it and mail to us within 2 weeks..After not getting a key, about three months 2021, was told that second key has been misplaced but they would order it and mail to us within 2 weeks..After not getting a key, about three months later we started calling to ask about it. Transfer, after transfer into a cyber space..leaving messages for a manager ( over 10 msgs), them ( people that answer the main number), purposely hanging up on me...fast forward additional 2 months, still don't have a key!! They appear to be nice when you need to buy a car but once you get it.. the customer service is non existent..I'm very disappointed More
