Very, very poor customer service since dealership switched to new ownership. Dealership had ample opportunity to make a bad situation better but chose to use threats to coerce. Salesman was overly eager to close but ultimately jettisoned good customer sales principal to placate new owner. Completely abandoned his customer. Never in my life have I been so disappointed during a buying experience. Needless to say, I will never positively refer Mercedes-Benz of Seattle to anyone. I have taken up the issue with Mercedes-Benz, USA. I will most likely never own a Mercedes-Benz again. Personally, very sad for me since I dreamt of owning one since I was a child. I will be trading my Mercedes Benz in for another brand, who knows which, as soon as possible. Truly a horrible experience. I think you'll be seeing more and more negative reviews.
