A pleasant experience I was met at the dealership by Liz, my service adisor, who showed me the service options available for my car and the cost of each. I made my choices and went to the customer waiting area. The amenities, coffee, water, large screen TV, computer work stations, etc. made the time pass quickly. I appreciated receiving the post-service checklist Liz gave me on departure. I also appreciated receiving my car back washed and vacuumed. All and all it was a good experience. More

I had to go home and build a spreadsheet to determine whether or not I’d gotten a good deal. I got an OK deal, not a great deal. The service, however, was and is impeccable. More
Very disappointed in their customer service. Never return I've been taking my car to this location for the last 5 years and I will never come back. I received a discount code for $130 off my service which I I've been taking my car to this location for the last 5 years and I will never come back. I received a discount code for $130 off my service which I forgot to present at the time of service. I called less than 24hrs later requesting to apply the discount but the service manager refused to accommodate. Furthermore, the service agent never took the time to explain what was done on my car, although he was very quick to take my money. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return to this place.
