Superb experience with Mercedes dealership in Seattle Had a really great experience with the dealership. Special callout to Andrew who really professional and sincere. They even entertained multiple visits (4 visits on 4 different days) so that I get comfortable with what I was buying. I felt the setup was to make me feel comfortable with the Mercedes brand and the features of the car and use this to sell me the deal. Unlike other dealerships who pressure you and get passive aggressive. They were open about the price, financing and even helped me get a better APR then what I was getting from a pre-approved loan from First-tech. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
Not the fist time we left the service with warning lights on This is the 4th time we have left the dealer after our pre-paid maintenance service with issues. Within 3 miles of the dealership the warning indicat This is the 4th time we have left the dealer after our pre-paid maintenance service with issues. Within 3 miles of the dealership the warning indicator came on and advised us there is to much oil in the engine. This is the 2nd service this has happened to us in a row. Now I have to go round trip from North Bend and spend 2 hours dealing with a quality of service issue. The front bearing assembly is vibrating loudly and making a grinding sound and the A/C does not work. This is not Mercedes problem. It would have been nice for them to put in the report the immediate need for front end work and the A/C is not working. This was a major maintenance service. I think grinding front bearing assembly would be considered a safety concern. I was told all major maintenance services have a road test. It is obvious they did not perform on on my vehicle. Going back 2 services at the last major maintenance we were told the breaks were fine. With in 2 blocks the warning on the dash board was lite up. It turns out we needed a complete break job. The report said the breaks were OK. On a past service 2 days after the oil was changed the vehicle blew out the engine and that is a long story of heart ache. I go back because, I am in a prepaid maintenance I can not get out of. More

The showroom was impressive as you would expect for the brand, yet the staff is relaxed and welcoming. Finally, I enjoyed the no-pressure interaction with Chris, the sales manager, and Blanca, the finance manager who completed the transaction. Upon leaving, the car was presented to me washed and cleaned which I appreciated. I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues. More
