Will Not Return Had. Recall item on my GLC 300 and it took 4 visits to figure it out, order parts. And to finally get the job done. I live on Bainbridge and therefore Had. Recall item on my GLC 300 and it took 4 visits to figure it out, order parts. And to finally get the job done. I live on Bainbridge and therefore had 8 ferry rides to fix what could easily have been 2 trips if they had their ducks in a row. Throughout I had terrible follow up. This place really needs to look at their customer service systemically. My cs rep was friendly but you call tell that they need to really focus on their systems and incentives. I had conversations with reps their saying they really needed to get good reviews. What kind of luxury car dealerships asks their customers for good reviews? How about good service and then the reviews will take care of themselves. At least they are using an independent survey group... kudos to them. I wrote a lengthy email to head of this branch and service manager and never heard a word in reply. I assume they are getting lots of feedback from their servers ce cutoners. Hope it will inform their business and service. I will be spending my dollars elsewhere. Sean M More
