I much prefer the Portland Lithia location over the Beaverton one. I think the service people are far more friendly and knowledgeable, with a genuine interest to serve their customers. I never felt lik Beaverton one. I think the service people are far more friendly and knowledgeable, with a genuine interest to serve their customers. I never felt like I was pressured to perform any services, or otherwise am always explained the pros and cons. I have had very bad experience with the Berverton location, but so far the Portland location has been great. More
The dealership is OK it's not the dealership. It's the individuals that work at the dealership like the details shop. As I have reported before, pre-pandemic service was stellar. Post-pandemic it's been awful ... phone calls unreturned, keeping my vehicle for many days even with an appointment with no other means of stellar. Post-pandemic it's been awful ... phone calls unreturned, keeping my vehicle for many days even with an appointment with no other means of transportation meantime (except for the Courtesy Driver Art ... he's awesome!), argumentative service advisor, offering services for which I qualify but have yet to be the beneficiary of ... and the list goes on. I still have a service appointment for 3/20 (postponed from 2/27 due to inclement weather) ... let's hope things change for the better before then!! More
