Needed to replace a OEM command system which is no longer available through Mercedes. Had to buy a used one online. Mark made sure I was able to get the correct codes to salivate the system. It took me a available through Mercedes. Had to buy a used one online. Mark made sure I was able to get the correct codes to salivate the system. It took me a while to get this information and Mark and the tech were very patient and supportive in assisting me getting this. We were all pleasantly surprised that we were able to get all the functions of the radio working. Thank you very much More

The reps are amazing and customer service is top notch. Except, they are also made extra money off me in a very shady way. They did services in the wrong order to charge me more. $750 for a diagnostics test AFTER we already found the problem. The reps response? "I should have thought of that" with a chuckle. I felt tricked. This was after I had come in for a service and left my car all day which affected my job and then they canceled and said they We're overloaded With too many cars That day. I came back the next week which was inconvenient, and then overcharge me for the wrong services. More
