I had to call 6 times to get a live person. I made sure to tell them what was specifically needed for my service. After I dropped my car, the dealer called to say they needed to order parts a I made sure to tell them what was specifically needed for my service. After I dropped my car, the dealer called to say they needed to order parts and it would be another 4 days. This was my 2nd attempt for service as the previous service they could not perform the needed service. The parts needed were rotors for a standard brake job. Then, the dealer wanted to charge me over $2,000 for a wheel. I git the same wheel from Mercedes of Beaverton for $680. More
