Efficient service, easy and convenient drop off and pick up. However, my front license plate frame was broken and license plate bent outward. Had a scheduled appointment and took 20 minutes to drop-off. Dropped off early on Friday and agreed to pick up on Saturday. Saturday at 1pm reached out to the dealership to see if my car was ready and drop-off. Dropped off early on Friday and agreed to pick up on Saturday. In what world is it acceptable to move a pickup for a vehicle from Saturday to Wednesday without asking? After way too much back and forth agreed to pickup Monday. Arrived on Monday to pickup and from there I was misquoted over $300 from the final price I paid. From start to finish a terrible customer service experience. We pay a huge premium to goto the dealership for a luxury car and this is awful service for the price. Be better. More
