I have tried to contact you Mr Trueblood, to no avail. You haven’t returned any of my calls! Here’s the deal. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and one of the side view mirrors had become detached and need to be replaced. I requested that the service person would check the other side because it too had become dislodged, and to see if needed replacing. I was told that one needed to be replaced and that the other one was fine and. So I paid you $1,000.00 to replace one side view mirror!? Well two days later the mirror I was told was okay … broke off while driving! I decided to see if I could bypass you because of my dissatisfaction with your service. I bought a replacement mirror on Amazon for $35.00and replaced it myself in 15 MINUTES! Shame on you Mercedes Benz of Portland! Then I leave a bad review, and you reach out to me saying that you would like the opportunity to make things right. That’s great but then return my calls! This is not the last time you will see bad reviews from me (on all platforms).

An important part of the story I didn’t mention in the above post is that, I’m referring to the reflective part of the mirror only when I referred to the side view mirror. NOT the mirror casing, just the small, thin reflection piece!

There is clearly no miscommunication or misunderstanding. It’s bad service, rude client servicing and incorrect diagnostic.. Mercedes tried to charge over $4137.00 and suggested to replace the fuel tank because they could not figure out a coding for the fuel tank. however, we found there are no issue with the fuel tank since the 60k service. In addition, when my daughter got her car back, within a couple days, the check engine light came on. this is ridiculous!!!
